Scope of Work:
- Selection of provinces and locations of social forestry (PS) for conducting studies that have the potential to reduce emissions from deforestation and forest degradation
- Analysis of potential natural forest carbon stocks in selected provinces of social forestry
- Historical analysis of changes in natural forest cover to establish provincial reference emission levels and identify the main drivers of deforestation and forest degradation in social forestry areas
- Identify the role of social forestry in reducing pressure on natural forests
- Contribution of social forestry analysis in reducing emissions from deforestation and forest degradation
